Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using Labour Flex, you agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. Labour Flex may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform means you accept those updates.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Labour Flex. By using the Platform, you confirm you are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Indian law.
3. Platform Description
Labour Flex is a platform that allows builders to post jobs and labourers to apply for work.
- We are not an employer of any builder or labourer.
- We do not provide wages, guarantee employment, or control job outcomes.
- All communication, work agreements, and payments are between builders and labourers directly.
4. Public Information & Transparency
Labour Flex is designed for open and direct communication. Certain information you provide is publicly visible to other users inside the app:
- Name
- Mobile phone number
- Email address
- Profile photo
- Verification status (approved, pending, or rejected)
- Job postings (including wages, work days, shift times, and location details)
- Builder company name (for builder accounts)
By creating a profile or posting a job, you consent to this information being visible to other registered users.
5. Account Responsibilities
- You must register with a valid mobile number.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Provide accurate and truthful information at all times.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
6. Verification & Status
- Labour Flex may request ID (such as Aadhaar) and a selfie for verification.
- Verification status is determined by Labour Flex and displayed publicly.
- Users cannot change or falsify their verification status.
- Attempts to mislead or bypass verification may result in suspension.
7. Communication & Consent
- By using the Platform, you consent to receiving calls, SMS, or push notifications related to jobs, account activity, and verification.
- Your phone number and email may be visible to other users for direct communication.
- Misuse (spam, harassment, marketing, or fraud) is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
8. Payments & Wages
Labour Flex does not process or guarantee payments between builders and labourers. Builders and labourers are solely responsible for negotiating, paying, and receiving wages. Any premium features or subscriptions offered by Labour Flex in the future will have their own pricing and terms.
9. Use of Google & Firebase Services
Labour Flex runs on third-party cloud infrastructure:
- Google Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Storage) is used for account management, data storage, and file uploads.
- Google Maps APIs are used for location and directions.
By using the Platform, you also agree to Google’s Privacy Policy.
10. Acceptable Use & Misuse of Data
You agree not to:
- Use contact details (phone, email) obtained from the Platform for spam, harassment, or marketing.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
- Post false job listings or apply to jobs dishonestly.
- Copy, scrape, or resell user information or job postings.
Violation may result in suspension or legal action.
11. Check-in / Check-out Features
- Day-wise check-in and check-out logs are visible only to the builder who created the job and the labourer assigned.
- Labour Flex does not guarantee attendance, punctuality, or job completion.
12. Limitation of Liability
- Labour Flex is a platform only. We are not responsible for job disputes or payment disagreements.
- We are not responsible for harassment, fraud, or misuse of public information by other users.
- We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses that occur on job sites.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:
- You violate these Terms.
- You engage in fraud, harassment, or harmful behavior.
- You misuse public information.
Users may also request deletion of their account by contacting support.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on Labour Flex (text, branding, logos, and images) is owned by Labour Flex Pvt. Ltd. and cannot be used without permission.
15. Changes to Terms
Labour Flex may revise these Terms at any time. Users will be notified through the Platform or email in case of significant changes.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
